Poetry surrounds us everywhere, but putting it on paper is, alas, not so easy as looking at it, said Vincent van Gogh. One must be born with a willingness to be delighted, excited, intrigued, overwhelmed by any experience, real or imaginary for one to reach the heights and depths of creative realm – of both painting or poetry. That ‘willingness’ is evident in the poems presented here, which are more like paintings, with their clear and evocative imagery and work sketching. Thanking all the poets, we present their poetry and await your encouragement.
